Off-Track Garage Door Repair

A garage door that has come off its track is one of the most common — and most dangerous — problems we are called for. It usually happens after a cable snaps, a roller fails, or something bumps the door, leaving it jammed, hanging crooked, or at risk of falling. Running the opener against an off-track door only bends the tracks and strains the motor, so the best move is to stop and call us. We safely re-set the door, replace whatever caused it, re-align the tracks, and re-balance the door so it runs true again. Most off-track repairs are same day.
